Smash N Crash Warranty
Our Smash 'N' Crash No Hassle Warranty is unheard of in the hobby industry.
All Axi Brushless Motors and Flightpower Lithium Polymer battery packs purchased from Pacific Models carry this innovative warranty. If your Axi Motor or Flightpower Battery fails for any reason which is not covered by the unconditional manufacturers warranty, Pacific Models will replace your Axi Motor at 50% of the retail price, no questions asked. FlightPower Batteries are replaced directly by FlightPower USA. This includes crash damaged Axi Motors and Flightpower Batteries.
Warranty Duration
Axi Motors carry a 24 month unconditional warranty from date of purchase and a 24 month 50% crash damage warranty from date of purchase. FlightPower Batteries carry a 90 day unconditional warranty from date of purchase and a 12 month 50% crash damage warranty from date of purchase.
